1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address via Clerk (our authentication provider).

Uploaded images: Images you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served via CDN. Personal reveals are deleted after expiry.

Usage data: We track events such as reveal views, completions, and shares using PostHog analytics. This data is anonymised or pseudonymised where possible.

Payment data: We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and/or Stripe, which have their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process payments and grant credits.
• To store and serve your uploaded images via the reveal link.
• To improve the Service through aggregated analytics.
• To send transactional emails (payment confirmations, password resets).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Clerk — Authentication and session management.
• Cloudflare R2 + CDN — Image storage and delivery.
• Razorpay / Stripe — Payment processing.
• PostHog — Product analytics.
• Upstash Redis — Rate limiting (stores IP-based keys, no PII).

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Session Data

We use HTTP-only session cookies managed by Clerk for authentication. No third-party advertising cookies are set unless you have consented via our AdSense integration.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images in personal reveals are automatically deleted after the reveal expires (7 days for trial, 30 days for paid). You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting support.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to processing or request restriction.
• Data portability.

7. Children's Privacy

RevealFun is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
